Registration, Payment, Transportation, and Cancellation Policies
1. Registration: To register and reserve your place in this program of your choice, please submit your Application Form and make your reservation payment as early as is possible. The reservation fee pays for all processing and program administration and is non-refundable. Your registration continues valid for further program services for 12 months after your program start date (the first day of services, lodging or classes).
2. Payment deadline and method: Registration Form and reservation payment must be received by 2 weeks before your program start date (For those who confirm the reservation by sending 20%, we will credit to you the cost of the transaction and will give you a 5% additional discount). If you miss the 2 week deadline, you can still pre-register and pay a few days late by including the late payment fee (there is additional $25) with your reservation payment. You can also register and pay anytime (space permitting) directly at the school in Managua. Direct registration in Nicaragua requires full payment in US cash in good physical condition only. It is best to register and pay for your program reservations 4 weeks or more in advance of your planned program start date.
3. Airport to school transportation service: Please notify us in writing of the date, time, airline and flight number for your arrival to Managua no later than one week before your arrival date. Late changes in arrival date or time may require an additional ($10) fee. Large objects such as surfboards are charged as additional passengers (US $5 extra). If your flight arrives late in the day (after 9:30 PM), may require an additional ($10) fee. // **Pick-up service is one-way only. Your return school-to-airport transportation is arranged directly in our program location at the end of your program.
4. Cancellation/Change/Refund policy: Reservation and late payment fees are non-refundable. Requests for program changes (Change to program dates made after the two week deadline) are processed by cancellation and re-registration. We make refund for weekly programs not started only.

I understand the terms and policies of this contract as described above. I agree to not hold agents or employees liable for any injury or loss that I or my property may experience during the course of my travel or Spanish language program, activities or homestay. I am in good enough physical/mental/emotional health to adapt to the challenge of traveling and living in a foreign environment and culture.
